We make everything to order to ensure we only produce what we need. Once ordered, your piece is crafted carefully by hand. 

The nature of handmaking pieces to order means that it can take up to four weeks to ship. 

For timelines that are faster than that, please send a message via the contact page and we will always see what we can do to make things faster. 

Returns within 30 days accepted for non-worn, undamaged items - except earrings due to hygiene purposes. No returns on bespoke commissions.
